When Impressions Face + Body acquired Dr. Eric W. Anderson, we knew one thing for certain: a bright-eyed, ambitious, body-focused plastic surgeon like him needed a launch strategy that pushed the envelope. Elevating his visibility, driving high-intent leads, and laying the foundation for both his personal brand and the practice’s growth would require a strong creative point of view—and a whole lot of momentum.
I led the debut campaign by defining his persona-driven brand identity from the ground up. That meant crafting a visual and verbal world that felt modern, authoritative, and approachable. I built out dedicated pages on our website that outlined his treatments, his philosophy, and the story behind the surgeon, ensuring patients could understand who he is before ever stepping into the clinic.
From there, I managed the full rebranding of his before-and-after photography, established his social media presence across platforms, and positioned him competitively through a strategic SEO overhaul. I spearheaded email marketing campaigns that educated, converted, and built trust. In under a year, we transformed Dr. Anderson from “unknown provider” to a recognizable name in Chicago’s body-plastic-surgery landscape—organically growing his Instagram from 600 to 7,000 highly engaged followers.
